替换你的优势描述词。beautiful, friendly, smart and outgoing....这些上个世纪的描述词，能不能 throw them far way。能不能略微换一换，比方说bright，aggressive applicants. 反应快、有前进心的应聘者。mature，self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills. 思维老到、前进心强，并具极丰厚的人际highly-motivated and reliable person. 前进心强又可靠者。

记住举例。假定干巴巴几个词，别人必定认为你就是吹揄扬。外国人说话，最喜爱给你举栗子。所以，假定你自个说你优势是一个守时有前进心的人，那你要说的具体一点，而不是简略的标语式的几句话。

（1）言语精确性（语法和用词的精确性、语法规划的凌乱性、词汇的丰厚程度、发 音的精确性） 。

（2）言语的长短和联接性（内容的联接性、寻找适合词语而构成的中止频率及长短、 表达思维的言语长短等） 。

（3）言语的活络性和合适性（言语表达是不是活络、天然，言语是不是稳当，言语能否 与语境、动能和意图相习气）。

2、成果评判标准：

（1）优良--能用外语就指定的论题进行口头交流，根柢没有困难。

（2）杰出--能用外语就指定的体裁进行口头交流，虽有些困难，但不影响交流。

（3）及格--能用外语就指定的论题进行简略的口头交流。

（4）不及格--不具有口头表达才能。
