今天我和大家演讲的题目是《把握时间拥有幸福》
The title of my speech with you today is "seize the time and have happiness".
幸福，不在于明天，不在于昨天，而是在于今天。
Happiness lies not in tomorrow, not in yesterday, but in today.
只有把握今天，才能拥有幸福。
Only grasp today, to have happiness.
“时间最不偏私，给任何人都是二十四小时；
"Time is the least biased, given to anyone is twenty-four hours;
时间也偏私，给任何人都不是二十四小时。”
The time is biased. It's not 
twenty-four hours for anyone."
这句话一直激励着我，使我在学习生涯中受益匪浅，或许它更是让我成功的因素。
This sentence has always inspired me and benefited me a lot in my learning career. Perhaps it is the factor that makes me successful.
每个人每一天都是二十四小时，如果不加把握，每个人每一天就少于二十四小时。
Each day for everyone is twenty-four hours, if not grasped, each day for everyone is less than twenty-four hours.
所以，我们要把握时间，决不浪费时间。
Therefore, we must seize time and never waste time.
陶渊明说得好：“及时当勉励，岁月不待人”。
Yuanming Tao said well: "When encouraged in time, time and tide wait for no man".
是啊，如果不及时去学习进取，那么时间也不会等你，优秀成绩不会等你，将来好的工作岗位不会等你，成功不会等你，幸福不会等你。
Yes, if you do not learn and progress in time, then time will not wait for you, excellent grades will not wait for you, the future of good jobs will not wait for you, success will not wait for you, happiness will not wait for you.少时不用功，老了也是白白伤心。
If 
you do not work when young, you will grow old in sorrow.
人生难百年，上帝只给了人一生这么多时间。
Life is difficult for a hundred years, God only gave people a lifetime so much time.
少时不爱读书，老了去读书，恐怕也已经晚了。
If you do not love reading when you are young, it is probably too late to read when you are old.
请珍惜我们现在的时间，它将最终成为你的财富与幸福。
Please cherish our time now, it will eventually become your wealth and happiness.
每个人都会说：“我要成功，我要珍惜时间”。
Everyone will say: "I want to succeed, I want to cherish the time".
可又有多少人做到了呢?
But how many people do it?
成功不是靠嘴上说的，而靠的是自己的行动与毅力！
Success is not said by mouth, but by their own actions and perseverance!时间弹指一挥即逝，没有不会谢的花，没有不会退的浪，没有不会暗的光。
Time is gone at the flick of a finger, no flowers that will not fade, no waves that will not retreat, no light that will not dim.
时间就是金钱与生命。
Time is money and life.
守财奴会说：“金钱比
时间贵重。”
A miser will say, "Money is more valuable than time."
而我们会不假思索地说：“时间如生命，金钱轻于时间！”
And we will say without hesitation: "time is like life, money is lighter than time!"
我们要珍惜片刻时间，因为片刻才组成了永恒。
We should cherish moments, because it is moments that make eternity.
