什么是英语URead and UTalk口语学习法？

2) 把学过的英语用起来，英语口语UTalk：
1. 读到Trump's pick for时，我会这么“练习”口语：
Well,when Trump picks sb., that means Trump appoints sb. for the job. To pick here means to appoint, or to nominate, but pick is a more spoken English word.
你发觉没有，我这么“读英语”，
是不是在自我训练和提高英语口语？我需要有一个人在旁边陪我说英语吗？
你不觉得这也正是你需要培养起来的真正的学习和运用英语的能力吗？难道是别的什么口语能力？
而一旦你把英语Trump's pick for“翻译”成纯中文“特朗普任命某人”时，你虽然得到了中文理解，但是，你却把自己使用英语的训练机会彻底破坏掉了。你已经彻底偏离你口口声声声称要掌握的
“提高英语口语”的方向了：你怎么可能指望“使用中文”来“提高英语口语”呢？
这种“学”与“用”的“悖论”不点破你还真的没有意识到！
2. 当我读到 sparks mixed reactions时，我又是这样来“练习英语口语”(和你同样读到这段文字时做出的“翻译成中文”的反应截然不同！)：
Well,when we say to spark reactions instead of to lead to,to produce reactions or result or bring in reactions, spark is a much better word.
When you strike two pieces of iron against each other, you will have SPARKS coming out, so reactions are produced just like the sparks.
文字虽然长，但“英语口语”就是这样练成的！任何说“难”的借口都不成立，也不接受。
你也不要跟我说：这样“练口语”啊？太难了吧？
你都没训练过，你怎么知道难？
3. 当读到mixed reactions时，我又这么“开练”英语口语了：
Well,when some people support you while some others are against you, or when some say yes and some say no to you.Or when diffetent people have different opiniobs on an issue, then they are MIXED reactions, or MIXED opinions.We don't say different, we don't say support or object, we say 
MIXED!
4. 当你把这段“原版英语”读完：
After weeks of rumors, the White House has officially picked a new NASA leader... and he's already proving to be controversial. President Trump has announced his intention to nominate Rep. Jim Bridenstine, an Oklahoma Republican and former executive director of Tulsa's Air and Space Museum, as the new permanent administrator following the exit of Charles Bolden in January. 当你读到President Trump has announced his intention to nominate时，你就知道前面你把pick读成/说成/理解成to appoint sb., or to nominatesb.一点没错。但是，你如果依然是把英语“读成”中文“任命”时，你就失去了一次把学过的英语appoint,nominate用起来的机会，或者说失去了一次“使用”英语的机会：学英语不就是为了“用”吗？你现在干什么却“不用”，或者
“拒绝”使用呢？
5. 当你又读到be controversial以及Some in the space industry are fond of him, but there are also vocal objections to his background处时，你又知道：把mixed说成some say yes, some say no也没错。
小结：还是那句老话：这么来又“读”又“说”英语，我身边不需要任何人陪我，甚至你可以把我扔到荒山野岭或海中孤岛，没关系，只要有WIFI，我自己一个人，照样英语口语杠杠滴！
