step 1: 热身 warm-up
1.师生问候,用英语打招呼。
2.英文歌曲: 与学生一起唱歌曲《十个印第安人》,并带着学生复习数字
设计意图:唱英文歌曲是学生喜闻乐见的,能让他们在短时间内集中精力,进入课堂。学生复习的内容又为本节课新课的学习奠定了基础。
step 1: warm-up/ lead-in
daily greetings
singing: sing the song “ten indians” with students and ask students to review the numbers.
intentions: students like singing the song, which can concentrate their attentions on the class quickly. and the revision of numbers they have learnt can also make a foundation for what they will learn in this lesson.
步骤二: 新授 presentation
1.教师呈现对话情景图,但遮住风筝部分,只呈现两个小孩抬头看天空的情景。让学生猜两个小孩在看什么,引出单词kites和句子look at the kites!
2.呈现完整情境图,引导学生看图谈论图片,同时用上表示数字和颜色的单词,引出数字eleven和twelve并教读,注意twelve的发音。
3.播放对话录音,回答问题:how many kites do you see?
4.请学生打开课本听对话,引导学生自己找出答案。
5.学生跟读对话,模仿语音语调。
设计意图:设置小孩子放风筝的情景,引出新单词,学生容易接受。录音里面的语音语调很生动,孩子们在模仿时会觉得很有意思,同时加深印象。
step2: presentation
1.show the picture with the part of kites covered, and ask students to guess what the two kids are looking at, then lead to the word ‘kites’ and ‘look at the kites!’
2.show the whole picture and lead students to discuss it with the number and color words. pay attention to the pronunciation of 12.
3.play the record of the dialogue, and answer the question “how many kites do you see?”
4. listening to the tape with books opened, and letting them find out the right answer by themselves.
5. following the tape to imitate the pronunciation.
intentions: the new words are lead out naturally so that ss can acquire them easily. the pronunciation in tape is vivid, and the kids may think it interesting, so that they can have deep impression on it.
步骤三:练习
1.学生两人一组分角色练习对话。
2.小组展示:表演对话。
3.find and count: 学生两人一组看图问答:how many … do you see? i see…
设计意图:学生通过表演,大胆展示自己,培养自
信,提高兴趣。

find and count: students use the sentence pattern ‘how many … do you see? i see…’ to discuss the dialogue.
intentions: through the role-play, students can show themselves bravely, so that to cultivate their self-confidence and to raise their learning interest.
步骤四: 巩固延伸 consolidation
创设参观动物园的情境,让同学们进行角色扮演,扮演导游、游客,进一步练习how many...can you see? i can see...这个关键句型和数字,最终评选出“最佳表演奖”。
设计意图:通过任务创设,为学生语用创设环境
step 4: consolidation
set a situation that students visit a zoo. students can have a role-play to guide and visitors to practice the key sentence pattern of “how many … can you see? i can see …” and the new numbers,and through this activities, a ‘best actor’ will be achieved.
intentions: through the task setting, students can apply
what they have learnt in a set situation.

设计意图:让学生总结老师补充,充分体现了“以学生为主体,老师为主导”的新课标理念。
step 5: summary
let students summarize what they have learnt in this lesson, including the sentence pattern “how many...can you see? i can see...” and new words “eleven” and “twelve”.
