一、instrument：乐器；紧密仪器、器械。比方：surgical instrument（外科器械、仪器）
These precise surgical instruments must be used with care.（这些紧密的外科
仪器，使历时要仔细）
二、key：琴键；钥匙、谜底；关头。一般厥后面的介词是to，即：key to（…的关头；…的谜底；开…的钥匙），比方：the key to the question（这个问题的关头）。
除此key以外，另有：answer/path/entrance/solution to（答复/门路/进口/解决方案）。
三、shock：使不悦或朝气，使震动（多指欠好的事）；震动。
shocked：感触震动的；shoching：使人震动的；be shocked at/by（对……感触震动）。另有暗示震动，和它们的区分有：
shock：只指坏的，水平重；
surprise：可好可坏，水平不重；
astonish：使诧异（有难以置信的感情在内）；
amaze：使诧异（使人含糊）；amazing：棒极的了。
四、allow：容许，让。有关常见的句子布局有：
allow sb to do sth（容许或人做某事）
比方：Mother allowed me to go to the park.（妈妈容许我去公园玩）
permit sb to do（容许或人做某事）
比方：The guards permitted me to bring my camera and tape recorder.（保卫容许我带上相机和灌音机）
give sb 
permission to do（容许或人做某事）
比方：He give his litter brother permission to play his Ipad.（他容许他的小弟弟玩他的Ipad）
forbid sb to do/from doing（制止或人做某事）
比方：I forbid Him to do that.（我制止他这么干）
prohibit sb from doing（制止或人做某事） ；
ban sb from dong（制止或人做某事），特别指立法上的制止，很正式。
五、made in、made of、made from、made by的区分：
made in暗示产地，比方：It was made in China.
made of暗示用某种质料制成（看得出来原质料是甚么），
比方：The blow is made of silver.
made from暗示用数种质料制成（看不出原质料），
比方：Paper is made from trees.
made by暗示制造人，
比方：This cake was made by my sister.
六、be made into、be made for的区分：
be made into（被做成甚么）
比方：The cloth was made into a dress.（这块布被做成为了一件衣服）
be made for（为甚么而做）
比方：The coffe was made for you.（咖啡是为你筹备的）
