《良医》这部分电视剧，如果对医学感兴趣的人应该都看过，里面的病人的案例都是相对比较复杂的，往往都需要经历住院，出院。那么，不知道大家有没有留意过“出院”，“住院”的英文表达是怎样的呢？如果不知道的话，接下去跟着吉米老师一起学下去吧~
首先我们先来看下如何用英语表示不舒服：
sick/ill这两个词都可以表示生病，不舒服的意思
例句
She was ill yesterday.
她昨天生病了。
He had to look after his sick brother.
他
不得不照顾生病的弟弟。
live in the hospital ≠ 生病住院
这个短语按照字面意思是生病住院的意思，英文中住院用的是stay in the hospital呆在医院，其实也可以用
in hospital = be hospitalized来表示。吉米老师在这里提醒大家，in hospital中间是没有定冠词the的。
He spent few weeks in hospital.
他在医院住了好几周了。
accept 接收…入院，收治
He was finally accepted to the hospital in the end.
最后，他终于被送入医院治疗。
Go to the doctor/ see a doctor 看医生
外国人生病感冒，常说看医生，就可以用go to the doctor/ see a doctor，而且国外也是有专门的家庭医生，平时的小毛病一般去诊所（clinic）就可以了。外国人一般不用go to hospital,因为当你用go to hospital的时候，就意味着可能是病得很严重，需要住院治疗的情况，所以需要根据实际情况去使用。
例句
It was still painful so I went to see a doctor.
那地方还疼，因此我去看了医生。
I think I need to go to the doctor.
我觉得我得去看医生。
身体不舒服英语表达
I don’t feel so well.
I’m feeling under the weather.
I’m feeling out of sorts.
I’m feeling a little ill.
I’m feeling a bit off.
leave the hospital≠出院
从字面意思上看 离开医院，出院的意思。但一定是病好了，离开医院的意思吗，其实还
有可能是看望病人之后，离开医院。所以这句话不全对，最好结合语境去看。吉米老师给大家推荐用discharge表示出院
discharge [d?s?t?ɑ?d? , ?d?st?ɑ?d?]允许离开，（尤指）允许…出院；（根据法庭决议）释放
be discharged from the hospital出院
He has a broken nose but may be discharged from the hospital today
他鼻梁断了，但或许今天就能出院。
I got a flu ≠ 我感冒了
flu这个词表示流感，并且是强调感染病毒引起的，由病毒引起的感冒算是比较严重了。所以一般的小感冒我们可以用have a cold表示，
The whole family got the flu.
全家都得了流感。
hang a number ≠ 挂号
吉米老师想再次提醒一下大家，英文表达尽量不要想着用相同的中文表达，所以这里的hang a number可不能表达挂号的意思。英文中可以用register表示
register [?red??st?(r)]登记;注册;
I make a register for a physical examination next week.
我预约了下周体检。
I don’t know where the registration office is?
我不知道挂号处在哪？
recover 恢复
heal [hi?l](使)康复，复原;治愈(病人)
cure [kj?r]治愈，治好(病人或动物)
recover [r??k?v?r]恢复健康;康复;痊愈
伤口愈合我们一般用heal，heal和cure的主语多为医生，表示医生治好了病人。如果把病人当成句子的主语，表达病人恢复了健康我们应该用recover。
Her grandmother is recovering from the knee injury.
她外婆膝盖的伤正在恢复当中。
健康是生命的本钱，没有健康的身体是没办法做很多事情。所以吉米老师建议大家一定要保持运动，规律的饮食。以下是给中老年的一些建议

定期自我监测血压
