主、谓、宾、定、状、补、不定式、宾补共8大成分，除了谓语是必不可少的外，其它成分视需要添加后形成不同的句型。
1. 祈使句，无主语（隐含主语你，你们），表示命令或请求。
Look! (仅有谓语)
Sit down, please.
Look at this man! （谓语+宾语）
2. 主谓宾
I like it.
I don't like it.
3. 主系表
I am a manager(经理).
I am busy.
4. 上面的句型加上状语和定语。
Look at this tall man carefully.
tall 是形容词做定语，很多时候是把this tall man直接划成宾语。carefully是副词做状语。
I like it very much. very much 是状语。
I am a busy manager. busy是形容词做定语。但直接把 a busy manager当做表语。
5. 句子，加补语。
I have many friends, including my little dog.
前面是一个主谓宾的句子，加上一个逗号后，现在分词短语做补语。
6. 主谓宾宾补
He makes me happy. 主谓宾后面这个形容词叫宾补。
I find English interesting.
The coat will keep you warm.
They consider English very important.
7. 双宾/介宾
Please give me some water.
Please give some water to me.
me 直接宾语，some water 间接宾语，一起称为双宾。to me是介宾。
8. 不定式: to+动词原形
He told me to come to the meeting on time.
9. There be 句型
通常是There is(有)... 或There are（有）... 加名词再加状语，通常是地点状语。
There is a teacher and three students in the classroom.
教室里有一个老师和3个学生。
There are three students and a teacher in the classroom.
当交换一下，There is 就变成了 There are, 这叫“就近原则”。

Can you...?
Do you...?

11. 特殊疑

Why did they arrive late?
How do you feel about the tea?
12. 反问句
Don't you like it?
难道你不喜欢它吗？
其实表示的是强烈的肯定。
13. 反意疑问句
You are a 
teacher, aren't you? (前肯后否)
Yes, I am.
No, I'm not.
You don't like violence(暴力), do you? (前否后肯)
Yes, I do. 不，我喜欢。
No, I don't. 是的，我不喜欢。
以后还会在此基础上，发展出更复杂的句型。
