Get a Job First
It is inevitable that most senior students have to choose between pursuing their studies and seeking employment in a certain field. Personally,I prefer to procure a job first after graduation.
To begin with, the current trend is that hands-on experience is as important as a degree if not even more so. Especially in dynamic subjects like business,international trade and journalism, employers tend to place more focus on experience than academic performance.This point can be illustrated by the fact that most companies require their new employees to have a certain amount of work experience. In addition, even with students who intend to further their study, knowledge learn at work can help them decide what their focus should be. Otherwise, students enrolled in a postgraduate programme may have to face the challenge of not knowing what his strengths are. Last, students generally speaking can benefit more from a master's programme when they can relate the knowledge back to tasks at work. In this way, instead of being confined in a pure academic environment, students can actually apply the knowledge learn in class to real situations, which is undoubtedly the ultimate aim of higher education.
In conclusion, I believe that graduates should gain work experience first before embarking on postgraduate studies.

许多大四学生不得不在继续学习和找工作之间选择，这是不可否认的。我个人认为，毕业之后应该先找工作。
第一，当今的趋势是经验比你的学历一样重要。特别是在商业、国际贸易、记者这样的领域之中，雇主常常会更加注重经验，而不是学习成绩。这一点可以通过以下证明，绝大部分的公司要求他们的新员工需要拥有一定的工作经验。而且，甚至是那些以后想继续学习的学生， 在工作中学习到的知识也可以帮助他们决定未来的方向。 那些考上研究生的学生， 也会面临这样的挑战-即不知道自己的优势在哪里。最后，通常来说，硕士毕业的学生能够收获更多，因为，他们能够把所学知识与工作中的事务联系起来。从这一方面说，与其纯粹地沉浸在学习氛围之中，
倒不如把学到的知识运用到真正的情况之中， 毋庸置疑，这也是高等教育的最终目标。
总结，我相信学生在继续学习之前应该增加更多的工作经验。

Choose a Big Company
Whether a small or a big company is better should be judged on a case-to-case basis. Generally speaking, I would like to take up a job in a big company.
To begin with, big corporations are more reputable and prestigious than small ones. Therefore, it is easier to acquire a credible recommendation letter if one ever decides to seek other employment and get on the career ladder. In addition, big companies often provide satisfactory welfare benefits along with other perks whereas small enterprises may not always duly value their employees. Furthermore, the in-house training operated by big corporations benefits students not for the current job but also has a longlasting 
impact on their future career. In addition, renowned companies, especially international ones, are more likely to offer employees the opportunity to work in different places. Also, the options presented by small enterprises are often quite limited. Last but not least,small companies usually lack an efficient infrastructure and this may create many obstacles for new graduates who are not well experienced. Also, their brand value can hardly compete with well-known big companies.
In summary, albeit that the competition is irrefutably fiercer for the positions offered by big companies, the aforementioned merits render a big company a better choice.

无论人们是选择大公司，还是小公司都应该视情况而定。总的来说，我愿意在大公司上班。

总之，尽管在大公司工作的机会很难得，但是，大公司却是一个不错的选择。

I Would Do a Postgraduate Degree Abroad
Nowadays, more and more university students have chosen to study abroad for postgraduate degrees. Personally, I believe that studying in a foreign country is beneficial for students' future.
First, the experience of living and studying in a different culture can give students a new perspective to reach a more informed 
judgment, It is undeniable that students are at a disadvantage when their mind is restrained by one single particular culture; this is more so in the era of globalization when international collaboration is becoming increasingly crucial.Second, by studying in a developed country students can acquire some state-of-the-art technology or theories which are not currently available in China. Also, a cosmopolitan mindset which can actively absorb new elements is undoubtedly advantageous to students' development, Third, the proverbial "broaden one's horizons also vindicates' the value of studying abroad. It helps new graduates to cooperate with people from various nations and promotes understanding between disparate cultures,Fourth, obtaining a degree from a credible foreign university often makes job hunting much easier and students also will have more choices. Last, studying abroad often requires students to be fluent in a foreign language; and this gives them a good incentive to apply themselves to a new language.
In conclusion, studying abroad grants students a valuable life-enriching experience, a new world mindset and the opportunity to mix and cooperate with and understand people of different cultures and races.

现如今，越来越多的大学生选择出国读研。我个人认为，在国外学习对学生的未来有好处。

Therefore, by reducing our stress，relieving our loneliness and depression, pets can help us prevent heart disease and improve our general well-being. Secondly, keeping a pet can teach children a sense of empathy and responsibility. Taking care of a pet encourageschildren to care for animals and nurture responsibilities over them.
