你需要说：
I would like to confirm my flight.
我想要确认航班。
The number is 45-6-43.
号码是45-6-43。
你将听到：
Can I get your ticket number?
您的票号是多少？
Therearestillseatsavailable.
仍有空位。
You are scheduled to depart on June 15th at 1:00 pm.
你将在6月15日下午1点离开。
Please arrive at the airport 3 hours before your flight departs.
请在航班起飞3小时之前抵达飞机场。
Youareall set.
Your tickets have been confirmed.
您的一切都办妥了。
Thank you for calling.
谢谢您来电。
二、英语日常交流口语：出发日期
然后就会问你需要的出发日期。
"What date would you like to depart?"
"When do you want to depart?"
你想要哪一天离开？
你回答自己需要的日期：
"Is June 22nd available?"
"I was hoping to reserve a seat for June 22nd."
6月22日空吗？
我想要预定一张6月22日的座位。
那么，在你选完日期之后，对方要么说可以，要么告诉你临近日期还有空余的座位。
有座位情况：
We have seats available for the 22nd.
22日有座。
We have two flights departing on that date.
那一天我们有两个航班起飞
Would you like to depart at 10 am or 7pm?
你想要上午10点还是晚上7点的啊？
Should I reserve them?
需要预定吗？
如果没有，推荐临近日期：
we do not have any available seats on the 22nd.
22日没有座
Should I put you on the waiting list?
可以将您放在候选名单上吗？
The 22nd is full. The next avai
lable flight is on the 23rd.
22日已经满了，23号还有航班。
自己的回答：
Would you like me to reserve a seat on that date?
可以允许我在那天预留一个座位吗？
三、英语日常交流口语：柜台对话
首先，航空公司通常有一系列的安全问题要问：
"Did someone you do not know ask you to take something on the plane with you?"
有没有你不认识的人让你帮忙带东西上飞机？（如毒品）
"Did you leave your luggage unattended in the airport?"
有没有把行李放在机场而没有照看？
"Are you carrying any weapons or firearms?"
有没有携带武器？
"Are you carrying any flammable material?"
有没有易燃物品？
以上问题一般都用no来回答，除非你想惹事。
然后是关于行李的问题，如下：
"How many luggage are you checking in?"
有几件行李需要托运的？
(luggage是个复合名词，没有单复数的概念，所以不用加s)
"Do you have a carry-on?"
有没有手提行李？
"Can you place your bag up here?"
能把包放上来吗？
"How many carry on bags are you taking with you?"
你随身带着几件行李上飞机呢？
还有座位问题：
"Do you prefer window or aisle?"
如果没有靠走道的座位，他们会问你靠窗的座位可不可以。
"We do not have any aisle seats remaining. Is a window seat ok with you or would you prefer a middle seat?"
如果你喜欢靠近逃生门的座位，你可以问他们。这么说：
"Do you have a seat next to the emergency exit?"
"Can I have a seat closest to the emergency exit?"
最后他们才会给你登机牌（boarding pass），并告诉你登机口（gate number）和登机时间（boarding time）。
