Which of the following is the most effective way to encourage company’s employees to contribute to the communities?

Personally the money reward could be the most effective option. Money is a strong incentive for many workers. They could spend a lot of hours in their work place in order to earn a high income while having little time or motivation to contribute to their community. Even when they have some time available, they would prefer a good rest or relaxing activities with their family or friends. If given money for compensation, they would make efforts without much hesitation. Also they could get pleasure from community volunteering. Because they know they are engaged in something rewarding mentally and materially, they won’t feel they are pushed or obligated.

This is out of question. Of course history is an important part of a country. It witnesses the development and change of a nation. An obvious reason for people to learn the local history is that it reminds us what we did and can do to make a region succeed. Through the study of Shanghai’s history, we can find the secrets of the brilliance lie in its technological innovation and economical exchange. It inspires our nowadays progress. What’s more, we can spread the wisdom and stories to other parts of the country or the world. It is more than exhilarating to see what they will bring. So local history should be treasured.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It is more important to read or watch the news presented by people whose views are similar to your own than by people whose views are different from yours.
